Plan B & asset protection
Precaution works prospectively or not at all. This area calculates options instead of selling scenarios.
This subject area answers a real demand with an uncomfortable answer: most of what is sold as asset protection does not work — and the little that does is unspectacular.
What you will find here
What holds up legally. Diversification across currencies, banking systems and legal orders, properly declared. Together with the limits: clawback provisions, disclosure duties, and how far cross-border enforcement reaches.
Country comparisons with the catch. Georgia against the alternatives, each with the point the advertising leaves out — presence requirements, substance demands, the cost of running the thing.
Regulatory developments. Cash ceilings, reporting duties for crypto-assets, surveillance proposals. We separate what has been enacted from what is being debated, because conflating the two is the business model of the fear sellers.
What this subject area is not good for
Anyone in an acute enforcement situation will find no solution here, but a pointer to debt counselling and the instruments provided for it. We do not take on transfers made at the expense of existing creditors.
And we do not copy fear marketing. Anyone who needs scenarios to sell a product does not have a product.
