BAUER GROUP Georgia is a German-speaking corporate service provider (CSP) with its seat and team in Tbilisi. We have operated in Georgia since 2019 — not as an intermediary with a mailbox, but with our own staff, our own processes and daily contact with local banks and authorities. We see ourselves as a trusted anchor for private and entrepreneurial clients: everything from one source, at transparent fixed fees, with one contact — across the full lifecycle from formation through operations to exit.

Who we are

BAUER GROUP LLC is a company registered in Georgia with its seat in Tbilisi. Since 2019 we have supported German-speaking entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and private clients with company formation, banking, accounting, relocation and US expansion.

Our core business is the role of a corporate service provider: we build structures and then run them — for the company and for the person behind it. To do that we maintain our own operational apparatus in Tbilisi: dedicated teams handling bookkeeping, payroll and correspondence with the authorities every month — for mandates in Georgia as well as for clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This dual role — adviser and operator in one — shapes how we work. Someone who runs payroll in Georgia every month, files tax declarations and negotiates with banks advises differently from someone who knows jurisdictions only from videos.

What sets us apart

A trusted anchor instead of provider-hopping. International structures rarely fail at formation — they fail at the interfaces: a formation agency here, a banking broker there, an accountant somewhere else, and nobody accountable for the whole. With us, the entire engagement sits in one hand: one contact, transparent fixed fees, by your side since 2019 — from formation through ongoing operations to exit. Part of that honesty is telling you when one of our services is not the right fit for your case.

Fixed fees instead of hourly billing. Every service has a price you know before you engage us — from account opening to a holding structure. There are no surprise hourly invoices afterwards. This deliberately sets us apart from international law-firm and consulting structures where the clock runs at three-digit dollar hourly rates and the invoice always finds one more “point requiring additional review”. With us the rule is: transparent structures, transparent processes, transparent prices — in writing, before you engage us. Contract documents come at fixed prices too: legally reviewed, practice-proven employment contracts and service and management agreements under Georgian law. And coordination — especially during the formation phase — is handled by our own trained, experienced staff on the ground, not by changing subcontractors.

Compliance with substance — technology included. We work with real substance instead of letterboxes: actual premises, directors who genuinely exercise their role, documented processes. And we cover the technology side where many low-cost providers fail: compliant workplaces with Entra ID (Azure AD), firewall and VPN setups to EU requirements, GDPR-compliant configuration and on-site technical service. We are certified to ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO/IEC 27001 (information security); ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management systems) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) are currently in certification — standards that simply do not exist in the free-mailbox world of low-cost providers. Fully German-speaking engagement management. From the first call through contract documents to ongoing correspondence with authorities: you communicate in German (or English) throughout. Translating into Georgian — linguistically and culturally — is our job, not yours.

Real substance instead of a letterbox. Our structures have real accounts, proper bookkeeping and documented decisions. Constructions that exist only on paper survive neither bank reviews nor tax audits — which is why we do not build them.

Execution instead of coaching. We sell no video courses and no relocation masterclasses. The market for international structures is full of channels that present concepts and leave the execution to the viewer. Our model is the opposite: we carry out the work ourselves — registration, account opening, filings, correspondence — and take contractual responsibility for it.

Our principles

Every engagement runs on the same non-negotiable rules:

• No tax evasion. We structure legally or not at all. Foreign holdings and income must be declared in your home country — we say so on every page of this website, and we hold ourselves to it in every engagement.
• No nominee or front-man constructions. Beneficial owners are disclosed correctly to banks and authorities.
• No politically exposed or sanctioned persons. No Georgian bank can onboard a sanctioned person; politically exposed persons are subject to an enhanced review procedure we are not set up for.
• Proof of source of funds is mandatory. No onboarding without documented origin of funds — the banks require it, and so do we.
• Transparency over effect. Georgia participates in the automatic exchange of information (CRS); we communicate this openly instead of advertising secrecy.

Our promise: the full lifecycle — formation, operations, exit

We accompany structures from beginning to end — not just until the first invoice. In concrete terms: formation — advice, initial analysis, registration in Georgia (and, on request, in the US), banking. Operations — bookkeeping, taxes, a compliance calendar, restructuring and holding setups. Exit — the orderly liquidation with deregistration and final filings, when the time comes. Whoever sets up a structure must also be able to wind it down cleanly; for us, all three phases belong to the same engagement, with the same contact.
