We have operated in Georgia since 2019 — not as an intermediary with a mailbox, but with our own staff, our own processes and daily contact with local banks and authorities. We see ourselves as a trusted anchor for private and entrepreneurial clients: everything from one source, at transparent fixed fees, with one contact — across the full lifecycle from formation through operations to exit. ## Who we are BAUER GROUP LLC is a company registered in Georgia with its seat in Tbilisi. Since 2019 we have supported German-speaking entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and private clients with company formation, banking, accounting, relocation and US expansion. Our core business is the role of a corporate service provider: we build structures and then run them — for the company and for the person behind it. To do that we maintain our own operational apparatus in Tbilisi: dedicated teams handling bookkeeping, payroll and correspondence with the authorities every month — for mandates in Georgia as well as for clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
